Lisa & Lloyd were specifically looking for elegant, romantic, indoor engagement photos. I would have to say I definitely brought their vision to life, even though it’s slightly different than what I normally do. However, something I would love to do more of!

We met at Luthy Botanical Gardens in Peoria IL. I was super concerned that my camera would fog up and be inoperable, but it worked just fine. It smelled SO amazing inside the greenhouse.

Next we headed to Pettengill-Morron House Museum. It was built in the 1800’s and is actually a huge house. We found so many cool nooks & crannies for some super romantic photos.

Lisa & Lloyd are crazy about each other. They met on E-Harmony. Lisa’s ring was her paternal grandmother’s ring and is absolutely gorgeous. They were super easy to photograph, they needed minimal direction, and like I said, they’re crazy about each other.

After the session we hit up starbucks and got to know each other better. I’m so excited to share their wedding photos at the gorgeous Pere Marquette Marriott Hotel in Peroia IL. Anyways, enjoy the photos!
