Monk Gardens Wausau WI wedding photos

Hope’s mother used to raise peacocks on a farm and always had peacock feathers everywhere in the house and on the doors.
Since Hope’s mom passed away 2 years ago, Hope wanted to incorporate peacocks into her wedding and chose the colors, purple, blue and green.
The ceremony was held at Robert Monk Gardens and the reception at Grand Theater in Wausau WI.
ID’s family flew in from Nigeria for the wedding.
Hope took part of her mom’s wedding dress, which was blue and added it to the back of her dress.
It was her something blue.
During the outdoor ceremony with perfect weather, instead of doing a unity candle, they chose to paint a picture on a canvas.
All four of them painted a heart together.

Hope & ID danced their first dance to “all my life” by k ci and jo jo.
