I am honored to have had the opportunity to photograph Heather & Josh’s wedding in Racine, WI at the Masonic Center. You can view their engagement photos here.
This was my first wedding of 2014, it was the first time I photographed a pregnant bride, and also the first time taking photos at a cemetery. The Masonic Center Mansion, where the bride got dressed was absolutely gorgeous. We did bride & groom photos there after the ceremony too. I would love to do photos at that location again. We visited the cemetery where their daughter is buried, and they have an ongoing tradition of making a heart over the grave, and taking photos of it. I feel incredibly honored to have the chance to capture those moments for two of them and their families. The reception was held at the Charcoal Grill. Their banquet hall wall’s are covered in mirrors, which is awesome for photos, the first dance, and making the space appear bigger. Enjoy the highlights from Mr. & Mrs. Brewer’s wedding day!
