I LOVED photographing Kaitlyn & Brooks April wedding a few weeks ago! They were blessed with gorgeous weather too.

We started the day at Wildwood Lodge, taking some photos of the girls in their matching robes. I had a crazy idea of jumping on the bed, and they actually took me up on it! The bride and her three bridesmaids jumped on the bed to that song “Jump around”. It was awesome!

Then we all headed to the venue, Western Lakes Golf Club, this was where Kaitlyn would actually put on her dress and do final touches. During part of the getting ready process the bride got a little nervous and all of her bridesmaids starting singing using makeup brushes as microphones and got her to laugh. Kaitlyn truly has the best friends.

After she was dressed, her & Brooks did a first touch and exchanged gifts. Kaitlyn did a first look with her Dad prior to the ceremony.
Rose petals and lanterns lined the aisle for the ceremony, and hundreds of white flowers were placed around the white archway. It was a gorgeous and romantic location!

After the ceremony, we took photos around the golf course and then a wonderful reception took place inside. After speeches & toasts, the couple cut their cake and danced to “You make it easy – Jason Aldean” as their first dance.

It was simply a beautiful day and so much fun! I wish Mr. & Mrs. Benson MANY more years of happiness!
