Have you ever attended a wedding that served cheese curds as the main course?! Only in Wisconsin!
This wedding was super unique to me, as the groom is from Norway, and they tried to incorporate some Norwegian things into the wedding day. I love learning about other cultures! They also both LOVE food, so there was A LOT of food eating!
My amazing second photographer Amy helped me out for this wedding also, which was super helpful during the cocktail hour – as I was photographing the formal photos.
Fat Apple farm in Columbus is a newer venue, and it’s really simple & nice. There’s a lot of outdoor photo ops, including a small vineyard!
Emily & Alex’s theme & colors were Navy & Sunflowers. They were inspired from the blue from Emily’s sapphire engagement ring, and sunflowers just went well with Navy!
The couple found me because I photographed Emily’s cousin’s wedding the previous summer, remember The Fahl’s?
They had 3 food trucks for dinner and it was the first time I had experienced food trucks at a wedding before. It took some time, but it was definitely delicious!
The wedding day was filled with so many candid moments, tons of laughter and lots of dancing!
Okay, enough talk…time to view the photos…and in case you haven’t viewed their engagement photos at EPIC, view them here!
