I’m not even sure where to begin with this beautiful wedding on earth day. At least we captured it in photos & on video!
Their colors were dusty blue & sage green with a nature theme. Because they both love nature, and doing outdoorsy things like hiking, camping & fishing. They bonded over their love of nature. With the wedding on being on Earth day, that was on purpose per the bride.
It was one of the most unique weddings to date. The bride did not wear a white dress. She wore a beautiful blue/teal dress by Chotronette. The groom wore a black kilt.
They got married in the woods, with permanent pews for the guests and a chandelier hanging above where they stood. How dreamy is that?
They did a first look and read their vows to each other. Even though they did a first look, the groom still cried when she walked down the aisle. So for those wondering, a first look definitely does NOT take that moment away when the bride walks down the aisle.
I’m going to let the photos and video tell the rest of the story here, and in case you missed it, check out their engagement photos by the waterfall at Starved Rock here!
