It was a gorgeous September Sunday when Renee & Mike were married at the chapel at Oak Hill Weddings in Apple River IL. They had a first look prior to their ceremony by the pond, under the oak trees. After the ceremony, the bride’s mother surprised her with renting a horse and buggy for the newly weds and their son to ride in. After the formal photos around the farm, everyone met under the big tent for the reception. The happy couple opted to cut a cherry pie vs. a wedding cake.
After the first dances, we took a few night photos around the grounds. Oak Hill Weddings has so much to offer and includes a great wedding planner, I would highly recommend this venue to others looking for an all in one venue!
