It rained the whole drive to Northwind Perennial Farm in Burlington WI. When I arrived, it was no longer raining, but very muddy. It actually didn’t rain for the rest of the day. It was just cold and wet. BUT despite the weather, we were still able to capture beautiful photos.

There were sooooo many nooks and crannies and beautiful areas of the Northwind Perennial farm. It is a gorgeous wedding venue! Also, in case you missed it, check out Abby & Ian’s engagement session at Olbrich Gardens in March here.

There was a cute little building for the girls to get ready in. Abby & Ian chose to do a first look, exchange notes and then did the wedding rehearsal. The ceremony was held under the heated tent because of the rain/mud etc. The officiant was Abby’s aunt.

The colors were purple, blush & green. Abby said she was looking forward to feeling like Beyonce on her wedding day. I truly hope she did feel like that. She was absolutely gorgeous. Anyways, congratulations to Abby & Ian and I wish them many more years of happiness together.
