Christy & Phillip were married on the rooftop at Monona Terrace early June. It was a small intimate affair, with only family and close friends.
Phillip wore an outfit from Austria, and they went to visit Austria for their honeymoon. Christy is a geologist and loves rocks. She chose her engagement ring based on her birthstone, and gave all the guests rock candy as favors. They looked just like mini rocks.
The two of them met at the university.
They decided to do a first look, but it ended up being very impromptu. They got all the formal photos out of the way and were able to go straight to the party after the ceremony. We walked to the Capitol for photos, since the rooftop was very hot and there was little shade.
